Agreement & Payment

1. We do not work without signing an agreement paper, and identity documents will be provided from both sides for security. We will share and sign the agreement paper through email or through a meeting in person.
2. We do not work without a minimum of 25% – 50% advance payment of the full price of the project, and we will decide the amount of advance payment and all the remaining payments.
3. We will decide the payment method, amounts, and dates of all the payments, and payments can not be delayed more than 2 days from the decided date. Also, we will share all the payments documents by email to keep payments proof.
4. The price may increase based on further addition/modification features to the service, and the price not will be decreased if cancel any feature. And after signing the agreement, the project not will be cancellable for any reason, and paid amounts/payments not will be refunded.
5. We will show our working progress, completion, and test the project on our own server, and the project will be transferred to the client’s server or delivered to the client after all/full/final payments are completed.

Credit Card Details

You are requested not to provide any of your Credit Card details on any type with Bongo Solutions LLC as we will never approach you for Credit Card details. In the event that you discover any form, documentation, or payment that requires your Credit Card details, contact Bongo Solutions LLC before you proceed.
